Freljord: Chill targets for 4 seconds and deal 5% Health bonus true damage. Ionia: Blasts split an additional time. Ixtal: Gain a random Region's effect on combat start and every 10 seconds. Noxus: Blasts now pierce targets, dealing 60% reduced damage per enemy hit. Piltover: Every third cast is Overcharged, dealing 50% more damage. Shadow Isles: Increase blast damage by (Souls).
